seat is stamped 16 but measures closer to 16.5"  flaps measure 13" bar to bottom and 13" across( 2A forward flaps) the front gullet measures 5"-Med/wide tree
2016 model.  Buffalo leather makes for a very grippy ride so you do not slip and slide around. The leather is so soft you can roll the flaps and the outer pads are nice and soft and squishy. Dark chocolate brown in color. Saddle is in very nice condition with no tears, no seat seam wear and no loose stitching. There is a name plate on the back you can cover with your own. Fin panels are nice and thin and good for a wide shouldered pony's or horse. There is a leather tag on the bottom that says FIN.  This is a very popoular seat/ flap combo and we are expecting this one to sell quickly. Buyer will be thrilled with the condition!
