Pudgy face with large staring eyes makes this doll look a bit scary and creepy.
Seymour Mann 14" CONNOISSEUR DOLL. She has a lovely wig of tight long ringlets. I don't imagine she was made to intentionally scare a child, but she just has an unnerving expression.
Original hang tags identifies her as SAMANTHA, also a sticker on the side of the box.
