    Description

Please find here, 16 exquisite prints done by the great artist Winold Reiss. These are loose prints, in EXCELLENT condition. All colors are vibrant. Minor coving on some pages. They were removed from the original portfolio (not by me). They are truly beautiful. I have an extensive collection I am trying to thin down a bit, so these are priced to sell. (Would be beautiful in individual frames).
    Winold Reiss
(1886 – 1953) was a German-born American artist who immigrated to the U.S., where he was able to use his artistic skills to highlight the beauty and dignity of some of America's First Nations individuals. He worked for a long time on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana. Many of these paintings were a result of Reiss being commissioned by the Great Northern Railway, for the purpose of generating tourism to Glacier National Park.
